Hidden Dragon has a state of the art glass-fronted wine cellar boasting a magnificent privately-owned collection of fine wines for guests to enjoy.  There is an emphasis on the great chateaux from France’s Bordeaux and Burgundy regions.  However, there is a wide variety of wines from both the old and new world, in a variety of colours and a variety of sizes, to delight the most discerning oenophile’s palate.

Although a delicious selection of wines will be offered complimentarily nightly throughout the week, guests are also welcome and encouraged to handpick alternative bottles to accompany their evening feasts.
