Yoga with Yogoloji

Hidden Dragon turns into a Yoga Retreat for the partnering weeks with the dynamic Yogoloji.

Yogoloji was founded by Francesca Quaradeghini in 2003.  It has been running successfully as a luxury retreat business and one-to-one yoga teaching agency ever since. A Trinity College, Cambridge graduate, Francesca left her career as PR Director of Bvlgari UK to set up her dream company, that would allow her to grow her own yogic practice and develop a business that reflected her core values, both social and personal. She has since become an Ayurvedic therapist and Hatha yoga teacher for adults and children/children with Special Needs and is a keen meditator who loves to chant!

Yogoloji celebrates the profound effects of all yogic practices and sharing them in an engaging environment. The private yoga retreat at Hidden Dragon offers clients intense yogic teaching while ensuring much needed restorative personal time.

Lets face it, to be truly fit, lean and to get the most enjoyment from your skiing it takes a bit of hard work and preparation. Now that your legs are strong (from all your squats) and your joints are mobile (from all your flexibility), you feel powerful (from all your kettlebell swinging)… You can run!
