Luxury Swiss alpine lodge Hidden Dragon has joined forces with lifestyle brand PuraVida to offer the very best in wellness holidays this Winter.

Offering a series of health packages throughout the 2011/12 ski season, guests will receive 5-star training whilst enjoying the exclusive private accommodation, mouthwatering gastronomy and the beautiful world class location that is Les 4 Vallées.

With the ski season soon approaching, pro and first-time skiers alike will feel a huge benefit in strengthening key muscle groups and improving core stability. The PuraVida concept of Move.Eat.Evolve focuses on getting clients lean, energised and feeling fantastic by combining the seriously effective movement patterns human beings were designed to perform with deeply invigorating massage techniques.

Each day during the week, clients will discover new ways to gain strength and endurance using tools like Kettlebells, and learn functional skills such as barefoot running to increase stamina.
